i also have a problem with my nokia 5200.. when i open it the number 5 is automatically shown,and then it hangs,and the upper keys is not functioning either the number 5 key, but the othe keys 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9,0,*,# can be pressed and then the number 5 is automatically showing.. example:15552553355455655#555555 like this.. my phone Nokia 3650 has a virus,if i reset the phone by using *#7370# the virus is still there.
tnen i use the method of performing a hard-format but it doesn’t work out and what the virus does is sending text message every 2 min.
so, what’s the solution?

Try with default code 00000, check more then one sources about one problem, tell us if that succeed

i have tried to format my 3560 phone but i have not been successful.whenever i type the default code which is 12345,it tells me code error..please i will appreciate it if you can help me out.
